One of the main aspects to breaking through with incremental efforts is being crystal clear on what you expect to accomplish. In my experience this is certainly true in my life and so I emphasis this in discussion. As well, when you do finally make the decision to commit to a goal in your life it is imperative not to waste the precious time you have trying to accomplish them traditionally. More so this means being resourceful and creative to shorten the learning curve.
