I originally did not feel good about this podcast because I thought it sounded a bit like a rant or a whine but I came to terms with the fact that there is an authentic reflection offered in discussion and therefore a lot of transferable value being shared.
With this I start sharing a little about my new opportunity I am pursuing, however because I have been asked to not speak about it publicly the conversation goes a bit cryptic where I am having to leave out the pending details. My apologies in advance. Please bear with me during those moments in this episode as there really is a lot of intended goodness over all.
In the flow of the discussion I share my opinion about the local IT job market of Tulsa, in comparison to other markets, as I speculate on some of the controlling factors of a recent talent saturation.
Also, I more clearly describe one of the values of the show is in building a community and how I see that playing out over time.
As a part of this episode I talk about how relationships are key and often take a reasonable level of commitment. However many times we let the creep of busyness take over were we operate without rules and in return miss we out on those moments that will never happen again.
